2 possibilities:
- Without cancellation insurance taken out when I booked, and if I have only paid the deposit, I will lose the sums already paid.
- Without cancellation insurance taken out when I booked, and if I have already paid in full for my stay, I will lose the sums already paid.
- With cancellation insurance taken out when I booked, I can claim a refund from the insurer if the reason for cancellation is covered by the insurance. You can cancel your booking by logging in to your customer account. Or you can send your cancellation request to 2 Alpes réservation. You will then receive details of the insurer to contact (see cancellation insurance by clicking here).
You will only be reimbursed in the event of Covid if you have taken out cancellation insurance.
If you have taken out cancellation insurance, you must cancel at least 1 day before arrival. Cancellation will not be covered for any stay that has already begun, unless the stay has been interrupted and you have been repatriated.

The cancellation insurance must be suscribed when you book your stay. None of registration after the booking will be accepted.
