Cancellation insurance* covers the following cases:
Cancellation in case of quarantine justified by a medical authority and justified before your departure, because you are suffering from Covid
Cancellation if you are denied boarding due to a temperature reading or a positive PCR and/or antigenic test result upon arrival at the airport of departure (proof of denial of boarding by the transport company or the health authorities must be provided).
Cancellation if you are declared a "contact case" in the 14 days prior to departure, upon proof of a document declaring you a "contact case" and requiring you to be isolated.
Cancellation in the event of hospitalisation due to a family member or yourself being affected by COVID.
Interruption of your stay if you are unable to continue your stay due to COVID damage or the COVID damage of a family member who is hospitalised.
Your late arrival due to a delay in reaching the place of stay, as a result of your or a family member's COVID impairment.
