If you have taken out cancellation insurance, you must cancel at least 1 day before arrival. Cancellation will not be taken into account for any stay that has already started, except in the case of an interruption of the stay with repatriation.
Cancellation insurance will not work if you have only booked an activity and have not selected accommodation. Indeed, as the insurance is a seasonal rental insurance, the services or activities cannot be covered if there is no stay booked.
